What Our Warranty Covers

GT Throne offers a 1-year warranty for any materials that GT Throne, LLC finds defective in any way. GT Throne, LLC will honor the warranty with proof of original purchase date within a 1-year limit. This warranty does not extent do any subsequent or other owner or transferee of the product. The warranty is only valid to the original purchaser with proof of payment.

GT Throne Gaming Chairs and accessories are warranted for a period of one (1) year against the following:
  • Major defects in materials and workmanship in products purchased from GT THRONE, LLC.
  • Materials missing from the Products at the time of delivery.
  • Failure of the Products to correspond to the description of the product at the time of delivery.

If you purchased your chair directly through www.GTthrone.com, please contact info@gtthrone.com. Please include detailed order information of the product and proof of purchase. You will be required to send photos and/or videos of the complication you are experiencing for us to further assist you.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

GT Throne Gaming Chairs and accessories are not protected under the warranty for the following:
  • Normal wear and tear of leather upholstery.
  • Incidental damage, whether resulting for the misuse, or inability to use the product or from defects in the products.
  • Misuse or damage to any electronic equipment, and that has been modified or altered without written permission from GT Throne.
  • Damage to any product during self-assembly due to failure to adhere to the relevant instructions provided.
  • Products that were not installed, used, or maintained in accordance with product instructions and warnings.

Refund Policy

GT Throne offers a 14-day refund period with free return shipping from the date of original purchase and proof of purchase from www.GTthrone.com. GT Throne, LLC reserves the right to change refund amount depending on merchandise inspection.
